On Friday 23rd November, we had a special visitor in our school - George Rosling. He shared with us some of the books he has written, talked about why he became an author and what inspires him as a writer. He let us ask lots of questions and explained how important it is to try your best and never give up.
We enjoyed hearing all about his life and work.
His book 'Friends for Life' taught us about the importance of respecting each other's beliefs and values, even if they might be different to our own. We have learnt lots of facts about different religions and special traditions.
We look forward to reading some more of his books!
