On Friday 23rd November, we had the author George Rosling visit us in school. He introduced us to some of the books he has written, talked about how he came to become an author and ways in which he came up with his story ideas. He answered lots of our questions and we enjoyed hearing all about his life and work. We enjoyed sharing his book 'Friends for Life' and learnt the importance of respecting each other's beliefs and values, even if they might be different to our own. The book taught us lots of facts about different religions. We look forward to reading some more of his books!
